Virtual design is full-service design thinking without the geographic constraint. You get Erica's eye, a complete design direction, and a curated product plan, all delivered remotely. From there, the execution is yours.

This service is built for the client who wants a complete design direction and the freedom to bring it to life on their own terms. The scope is defined upfront, the fee is agreed upon before work begins, and nothing moves forward without your approval.

What’s Included

Discovery + Space Review

We kick off with a discovery call, followed by a thorough review of your space via photos, measurements, and a detailed intake process. Local clients may opt for an in-person site visit. We get to know you, your style, how you use the space, what's working, and what isn't.

Space Planning + Concept Development

Working from measurements and photos, we start by translating your vision into a concrete design direction: establishing the aesthetic, color palette, and material story. From there we develop layout recommendations to make sure the space functions as well as it looks. Once direction is aligned, we build out a complete design presentation for your agreed-upon spaces, bringing together furniture, lighting, finishes, materials, paint, wallpaper, and hardware into a cohesive, intentional whole. One round of revisions is included.

Curated Product Sourcing

We provide a fully linked shopping list with retail sources for every recommended item. You shop directly on your timeline.

Digital Design Package

Everything is delivered digitally: design boards, floor plans, product selections, and shopping links, organized and ready to execute.

What’s Not Included

Virtual design is a remote, deliverables-based service. Purchasing, project and contractor coordination, receiving, and installation are not part of this package. You own the execution side.

How Pricing Works

A flat-rate design fee is scoped to your specific project: number of spaces, scope of work, and estimated hours. It's set following a discovery call and supplemental consultation, agreed upon in writing, and doesn't change unless the scope changes. Products are purchased directly by you through the retail links we provide, on your timeline and at your discretion.
